Chef Blake's Recipes
Grilled or Air Fried Oyster Rockefeller Grill
Oysters on the shell, shucked 1 dozen
Unsalted Butter melted 2 cups
Italian breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese grated 3oz
garlic minced 2 tbsp
Spinach cooked and drained 3oz
Crawfish tails 2 tbsp (cooked)
Bacon chopped 1oz
Parsley 1/2 oz
Cilantro 1/2 oz
Oregano dry 1 tsp
herb de provence 1/2 tsp
Lemon 2 whole
Tasty Treat House seasoning 1 tbsp
Tasty Treat Seafood Sprinkle 2 tbsp
Kosher salt 1 tsp
Lump crab meat 2 tbsp
Step 1: Prepare the bacon. Fry bacon beforehand, chop into fine crumbs and set aside.
Step 2: heat 1 cup butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Add spinach and juice from 1 lemon. Add 2 tbsp of Tasty Treat Seafood Sprinkle and 1 tbsp of Tasty Treat house seasoning. Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining butter. Add remaining butter and allow mixture to cool.
Step 4: Preheat the grill
Step 5: Carefully open oysters, rinse and clean. Place the oysters directly on the grill or grill pan.
Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon of spinach to each oyster. Then sprinkle each oyster with the remaining parmesan cheese, and Italian breadcrumbs. Repeat twice
Step 7: Before removing, top each oyster with crawfish tails, crabmeat, and remaining Tasty Treat House seasoning.
Step 8: SERVE! Serve and garnish oysters with parsley and lemon wedge. You can include saltines or French bread.
Air Fryer: Set Chef Blake’s Air Fryer to 400’F Allow oysters to cook until cheese is bubbling and GBD: golden, brown, and delicious about 5-8 minutes.
